The most probable answer is usually the simpler one, I am pretty sure you've created these pending orders by accident and you didn't even realized it.
I reason with logic,furthermore when i leave my trading station i always have a journal of all my trades for the day so i keep a record to enable me to do some analysis later. The reason i did not see those trades is because those pending order were executed when i was asleep, i was literally asleep when it happened not even in front of my station.
