One-click disabled/can't open it?

I tried ALT t and ctrl O but I can't put one-click on(metatrader5), I am new with meta trader 5 and in the demo it worked...

Why have you posted in the MQL4 and MT4 section????

Alt+T will do nothing until you check Tools → Options (control-O) → Trade → One Click Trading
