My account does not recharge and the support does not answer

Last Thursday I recharged my account with 50 euros at 9:30 am (Spanish time) because I had a freelance job in progress and wanted to pay for it.

Well, although the transaction (according to my bank) was successful and I always pay everything with VISA and I have never had any problems, it turns out that my 50 euros were not charged to the account and now we cannot progress in the work.

Logically, I immediately became aware of this serious problem and put the claim that I am attaching and that was in this link: https://www.mql5.com/es/contact/feedback/229390

As you can see in the attachment, I am told that they will answer me in 48 hours, but today the link leads me to a page that does not exist.

As you all understand, this leads to a very unpleasant situation for me and the developer who is doing a great job.

At the moment, my 50 euros are missing
