It depends of the strategy used. Technically it's possible, but some MT4 strategies can be very difficult to implement in MT5.

The main difference is that MT4 works with multiple orders, while MT5 works with single position (per symbol) at a time. If in MT4 you work with 1 order at a time - yes, maybe. If your MT4 strategy works with multiple orders, then prepare to rewrite the logic.

Quite possible, but keep in mind if your strategy based off non standard indicator more convertion are needed other than converting ea.
