Use tick data 'checkbox' missing from MT4 terminal after new OS install

Hi guys,

has anyone had this issue before?

I've installed a new copy of the OS (Win10 Pro), re-installed all software, and now after the fresh install the checkbox 'Use tick data' is missing in MT4.

Have you tried clicking on the dropbox arrow?

Edit. I thought that you were referring to the  model "Every Tick"

At the far right of the Model box.

Because I have the same problem than you.

TDS disappeared too. The checkbox 'Use tick data' is missing in MT4.

 
Did you find any solution? I encounter the same issue, the checkbox 'Use tick data' disappeared from MT4.
