Trying to withdraw money from my account

I deposited money into my account to pay a programmer for some work, but the programmer did not do the work, and now I am trying to with draw the money. When I click on withdrawal, it takes me to this page,https://www.mql5.com/en/users/shovel53/accounting/chooseout.

This tells nothing on how to withdraw, could some one explain how the procedure is done? I would like to put it back onto the same credit card that I used ... The service desk will not respond to my messages...thanks

You cannot withdraw deposited funds, only earned money.

You can't withdraw your money if you don't complete your Freelance job.

If you are not happy with the work already done, use the arbitration option to deal with your problem.

Just for reference, you can't withdraw non-earned funds from your MQL5 account.

If you can not withdraw your money from this mql5 forum profile so you can withdraw earned funds via the payment systems, and the payment systems are located in your profile here: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/ali.m.kobani-gmail/accounting/chooseoutAnd as you are not validated seller on this MQL5 portal so you have nothing to withdraw.

2. If you can not withdraw your money from your trading account so this mql5 forum has nothing to do with it.
You should talk with your broker about the rules to withdraw.
