i installed the app (fbs client) yesterday, i left an order running, it reached the TP and it didn't closed, now its negative profit

why it didnt closed?

 

You need to know something:

  • difference between Ask/Bid
  • BUY orders are opened on the Ask price and closed on the Bid
  • SELL orders are opened on the Bid price and closed on the Ask
  • chart plot only Bid values and not Ask, you need to enable line Ask in order to see it but you cannot see the value that has Ask in the past
