I'm facing the same issue week before since last thurusday i'm trying to add new withdrawal method but unable to receive the verification code , I tried Telegram as I used it before many times but these days it seems that it doesn't work at all . just today I noticed that telegram option is disabled "Cant be selected" . Some suggested to change the phone number .. I really don't know how comes if i'm unable to receive neither SMS nor Telegram to change my phone when they will send verification code to my old "Existing number " LOL :D , if i'm able to receive SMS wwhy would I have to change the phone number " Makes sense ?!" LOL

Had the same issue, Service Desk made it work.

the Telegram option just worked now again , I was able to receive the code on my mobile and withdraw to visa

That one used to happen to me especially when i am using text messaging.. And all my 3 trials will all be used. But usually after 24 hours, when i try it again, it works perfectly fine.. Just always use the telegram..
