MT4 download of EA

Dear all MT4 experts,

I need advise on how can I deal with this message " 2019.12.09 11:18:33.297    cannot load 'C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\66A6B21E87EDE5EA36DCB9143ECA7D0E\MQL4\Experts\RSI Raptor FREE.ex4' " and " 2019.12.09 11:22:42.689    MQL4 Market: failed download product 'Exp TwoSides' (send request failed [12002]) ", with XM MT4.

I suspect it is VPS provider issue, because the same XM MT4 that installed on another company VPS would have no problem downloading all free EA from MQl5.com.

I was advised to visit MQl5.com directly from VPS broswer and download from there instead of downloading directly from MT4 Terminal -Market, but it is still the same message.

Kindly advise me how do I solve this technical issue or highlight to me where do I went wrong ?

Seems, you are using some external VPS ...

• If yes so make sure that Internet Explorer the latest build (started from 9 to 11) is installed on this computer.
• Use the latest build of MT4 (I am using build 1220 for example).
• And make sure that you filled Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login/pass,
• And it is better to installed the products directly from Metatrader anyway.
