how to calculate how much has been traded in each price?

today somebody asked me if there is a way to calculate how much has been traded in each price per lot?

I didn't know so I though I ask you guys about it. can we calculate how much lot has been traded in each price let's say in last hour?
I am not pretty sure but it can mean something in price action.

For Lots you may need an accurate Level 2 - or Market Depth measurement available - if i get what you are saying .
For price alone , i.e. ,for how many times a particular level has been "active" you may look into market profile

You don't need Market depth or level 2 data to calculate traded volume. You can do it from ticks.

For what market do you want to do that ?

Use Google or any other search engine and you will easily find what it is.

Yes it makes a difference. You will not find traded volume on Forex or CFDs, but only on centralized market (Stocks, Futures, Options...).
