On Windows Server 2022 same problem

No any reasonable reply on Russian forum so we should wait for the Monday I think (or we should wait for the users with same issue for example).

That works today

I startet metaeditor on win 11 from Installation folder.
Click on activate storage -> activated

After that on windows server 22. Just opened metaeditor, klick on activate, works. Everything like yesterday. No some other steps.
