Is there an MQL4 reference manual available that predates the 600 build?  I am trying to work through some old code and it would be helpful to look up the old syntax.

I was trying to upgrade code that used the iHighest() function not realizing it used to be a custom function.

I've solved my immediate problem but I still think an old reference might be helpful.
