Purchased indicator does not work

Hi I have bought an indicator on the Market section, it worked fine for over a year, but have just stopped working over night and does not seem to work anymore. Can someone please help.

Delete it from your terminal's navigator window and reinstall from the market tab.

Hi but when I install from MQL it automatically install to the incorrect version of MT4 running on my PC

Thanks Daniel, I cant seem to install from the Market tab and when I install from MQL5 it automatically installs to the incorrect MT4 that is running on my computer (Even if it is not open)
