She lost a lot of money because many orders were adjusted!
As I know, if the ratio changed it does not affect a volume of a copied - with exist order.
Anyone can help?
If the copying ratio was lowered, then you, the signal provider, deposited money in your signal account to save it from margin stop out, not her.
The result was a lower copying ratio and MQL5 signal copying system, partially closed the open orders to adjust to the new ratio.
Is the above account screenshot yours or the subscriber's ?
Wtf, if like this how could we deposit to extend the margin lv?. Is it a bug or mql5 is designed to do that on purpose?
This is not true, when a signal subscriber deposits money, the copying ratio and the available margin increases.
The questions about volume/lot size for subscribers were asked many times so I am just only proding the link to the thread with replies:

Besides, you can use Calculator of the Signals (the article is here)
with two scripts (post

That's the screenshot from the subscriber. She complained that why she decrease lot when deposit more. I think this the bug, mql5 must be not modify for current position.

She is not telling the whole truth, there is no way to deposit money and the copying ratio decrease, something else has changed.
In the log file is clear that the old copying ratio was 260% and the new is 180%, so it decreased, that's why open positions were partially closed, to reflect the new (lower) copying ratio.
I would like to see the entire journal log and not only a couple of lines.
Are you sure that you, the signal provider, haven't made any deposits in your account in order to save it from margin stop out?
Because this is seems to be the case here.
Send me a link to your signal please in PM.The questions about volume/lot size for subscribers were asked many times so I am just only proding the link to the thread with replies:

Thank you. I understand about the ratio between Signal Provider and Subscriber.
2 ways to act on the calculated ratio:
- Increase "% of deposit used" in Signals settings.
- Add more capital to your account.
But I think mql5 please don't modify lot size for current position. It'll good.
In addition, slippage function was not working on mt4 build 1220. If my account (Signal provider)have many current position, and then new Subscriber will be open many order at market! If they've setup high % deposit load (max 95%), may be there account will be call stop out soon.
I've setup for a lot of subscriber, I know the slippage function was not working. I just install 1% deposit for begin signal copy.
Please help to find out and fix the bug.
..

....If you or subscribers changed the settings, or he/she or you deposited or wthdraw the money from the account so it may be affected on the lot
size.
And it is not a good to make those changes with already open positions.
Oh c'mon guys, I am not math master. I am a customer. I see many current orders are minus, I simply deposit more to save the account balance, then with your conception the more I deposit the more order will be closed right after? Whats the purpose, anyone help to clarify,?
You are not math master. But you are the "language master":
