What affect do future expiries have on forex

Hello everyone.

 

I am fairly new to forex and am still a bit wet behind the ears on a number of different topics. My question at the moment is to do with currency future expiry dates. I overheard something about there being a large number of JPY futures expiring on Monday and I want to know what affect expiries have on the normal forex market?

 

Also how do you find out more about order boards and what rates are likely to be expiring, because I would like to build this into my fundamental analysis
