Service Desk taking a while to respond?

 
I sent in a request at the beginning of the week and no response yet. How long does it usually take. I want to continue using the platform but I need help with my funds.
 
The service desk is dealing with financial issues only, and they are doing/making/fixing them according to priority.
For example, as far as I understand - the high priority for now is to finalize installation of all available payment getaway for deposit/withdrawal (incl paypal) here on mql5.
