MT4 horizontal line tool problem

recently I had to format my Win10 disk and am resetting up Mt4

I'm marking SR area with the horizontal line tool say on D1 but after, when I lower the time frame to H4,  the horizontal lines disappear

thought I was making a mistake & did it again  -- disappeared again -- and again

must be doing something wrong -- but what??

any advice appreciated

When that type of thing has happened to me before, I generally resolved the issue by zooming out with the - key (x axis zoom) and/or also left clicking and dragging downwards on the prices region of the chart as to zoom all the way out (y axis zoom) .

Object List by right click on chart or CTRL-B hotkey might help also.
