Accessing account with investor permissions ( Without using MT4 )

I need to access my account using investor password, connecting directly to my broker's servers via a non-MQL4 programming language ( it will be done externally, Metatrader 4 is not involved ).
Is there any kind of documentation on how to connect and read data from my account?
