live trading

most of the brokers  display the rates on metatrade5 which are different from the live rates  .Which broker gives the live rates

You mean - quotes/data (prices on the chart).
Yes, it is slightly different in intra-day basis.

People are seleting the broker to trade with - based on the following criterias:

  • location, and/or
  • regulation, and/or
  • data/quotes (it is what you are talking about), and/or
  • trading instruments proposed (for example: some brokers propose OIl to trade, some of them - not, and so on),
  • and more criterias.

That is why it is very difficult to suggest the broker to use: if I find good broker so this broker will not be good for you.
Selecting good brioker is same as selecting good wife (it is the joke but it is the true sorry).

Anyway, the discussion about the brokers is prohibited on the forum sorry.

You can open demo accounts with many brokers to compare and to select by yourself for example.

Fx market does not have an organized exchange. It is over the counter market between big banks of the World for trading currency swaps.

As a retail customer, we can not know the actual price of the swap transaction occurring on this network, we just can see the brokers' price taken from big banks and reflected through our terminals.

So, there is no single "live rates", it depends on the liquidity providers of your broker and the spread policy used by the broker.
