What could be the reason for the GBPUSD pair to move wildly at 23:00. Spread goes up as high as 15 pips?

What could be the reason for the GBPUSD pair to move wildly at 23:00. Spread goes up as high as 15 pips?

This was the case in most pairs, especially AUD and NZD pairs, in some the movement was as high as 80 pips in a few minutes.

All started after a new US-China trade war development.
