Indicator unable to download activation

Hi posting here as requested by the MQL5 team


 

detail:

1- Purchased the product 2 months ago

2- the product is in usage

3- want to transfer the product to a newly purchased VPS

4- i don't have the option to download it again, the option available is "Renew" when i click on it then i'm forwarded to the payment page!

5- i still have 4 activations! but can't download.

hope it's clear

External VPS (not MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5)?
If yes so - it depends on VPS (it may be the limitation of VPS) and OS (Windows, Linux or MacOS - it is better to have Windows VPS).
And check Community tab in Metatrader (it should be filled with your forum login/pass).

Do you have Service Pack 3 installed? Internet Explorer 8 can be installed on Windows XP. Try to install all the available updates for the system first.

Internet Explorer is a system component, even if you uninstall it will not be removed completely, you'll just be unable to start its executable file (and some other things). Its core files used by OS and other applications will stay. You can read more here.

So, you should have Internet Explorer (version 8 or high) anyway even if you are downloading from inside the Metatrader.

I decided to create this thread to help to myself and to the others to start with Metatrader 5...

This is not my first time to purchase and update on the MQL5 i know how to do that.

for this one it's not working.

What solution?

There is no problem, you just need to login into your MQL5 account with your aaronro login and NOT YOUR EMAIL!

Everyone around here seems to forget the LOGIN they've chosen when they registered with MQL5.com and they insist putting their email, when they are asked for their login.
