Help regarding copying a signal.

Hello guys, 

Kindly help me i have subscribed to a signal 

And some of the trades were not activated which was executed by the provider, i came across this note which i got confused about: 

Please note that in order to copy signals, the subscriber's trading platform should be constantly connected to the server via the account subscribed to the signals. 

What do they mean? Should i keep my mt4 always online and connected to the internet?

You need to employ a VPS server in order to copy the signal 24/7 without having your computer always on.
