Card payment declined

Hello everyone, 


I recently tried on making a purchase on mql5 but my transaction was declined, even though I was able to purchase a signal before. I made sure all the card information was put in correctly, even contacted the bank and no issues there. Help!

You can deposit to your mql5 account, and pay from mql5 account (not from the card).
Or select the other payment method for example.

A lot of banks do that when the charge is not local, this case US vs Russia. Call your bank, release the block, try again.

 
/I used to top off using paypal but the choice is no longer there. I tried the visa payment and the transaction was declined. I called the bank, removed the block and the transaction was declined again. where is the paypal link
