harmonic pattern scanner

I have been trying to install a harmonic pattern scanner passed onto me from a friend, I have went through all the installation steps but after restart it is still not showing in my platform indicators. It is showing in the indicators file in data folder. Anyone any suggestions of what is the problem?
 

Post the code in topic so that experts can figure out the issue and or ask the giver

Did you compile the file or just copy it ?

I copied and pasted what he sent me into the data folder, MLq4, indicators.

Is it the Market product?
If yes so the discussion about the Market products is prohibited on the forum. 

Because I did not find this tool on the CodeBase ...

If it is something which you got but we did not so sorry - any discussion is impossible about it.
