Yes ,detailed answers ,and actively participation ,patient about repetitive ,are the most important things ,coz the most important thing for moderators ,is to be always ready for the new members ,coz they are most needed for help ,advice ,and guidance in here ,specially coz this field of science is so sensitive ,coz the mistake here it effects the money.
