What are these MT4 different from normal MT4 other than pre-set trading servers and logos?

MQL5 is the programming language. MetaQuotes (MQ) is the software development company (MQ developed MT4 and MT5).
Brokers are using MT4 and MT5.
There are regulated brokers (regulated by the governments), and there are unregulated brokers (my government or your government or any government is not regulating them) - There are many brokers.
And the discussion about the brokers is prohibited on the forum.
