I found it on zip (terminal file and metaeditor file).
Unzip two files, place those two files to directory, and open terminal file.

Two files were updated - it is with the 1350 build for now.
So, we do not need to wait when "clean" Metatrader will be updated (terminal_new.zip and metaeditor_new.zip files).

Thank you for this. I was stuck for days. MT4 would not download. I was finally able to get the platform with your link.

Thanks for your note. am new to meta trader.

i am still not getting the MT4 set up done . can you describe it in steps

step 1: in install the so the called (MT4 installation set up file) from meta trader available (though it is MT5)

step2: i close the MT5

step 3: i go to which  directory ? to copy the terminal.exe and metaeditor files 

for eg.. C:\Users\appe\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\6E772722844F3BB8CAB77FF020069204\ ......? 

step 4,5,6  etc..: any other step


end result: MT4 working with customs indicators could be mapped

sorry for the trouble, any help much appreciated

If you had used this (before posting,) you would have found (among 100+) Where to download MT4? - General - MQL5 programming forum 2017.04.31

It has been years since you could download MT4 from Metaquotes. You can only get it from a broker's website.
          Where to download the orginal MT4 installer - MQL4 programming forum 2018.01.29

Anyone have the same issues with your broker over the trading instruments? My broker added a suffix to the pair Eg EURUSE-e in my demo account. I cannot use strategy tester!?

What is wrong with the MT4 platform?  After installation becomes MT5! 

Anyone can help?
