I've a same issue with that problem. Support team can't help. We need to contact to the financial support team or financial manager. But general support team don't gave related their contact. My Embassy said that the contact phone number is not from the Crypus. Thanks.

Good luck with it, I've been waiting for almost a month now and still nothing is being done.
I have the same problem. I'm waiting since the 28th of april, I wrote to the service desk more times but I had no response at all!
