Why there is no email sent though the email setting and testing is successful? - page 2

Now I figure out the aler setting by choosing Email. It works now.


But the EA I bought doesn't send email is still a problem. This should has nothing to do witht the alert setting in MT4 since  this should be controled / programmed in the code as my simple code above, right?

 
yes you should check the log for an error and if there is none you tell your developer that you want him to print the return value of the sendmail function when it doesn't succeed.
