Issue with signals, symbol not found

Hello

I recently subscribed to a signal provider and have it all set up in MT4. I've checked the journal and noticed signals are being "skipped" because "no symbol found". For example, a buy order on EURUSD. My broker lists each symbol with .r suffix, e.g. EURSUD.r. Is this the problem? How do i fix that without changing broker?

According to that, it should pickup EURUSD.r but it isn't. I checked the symbol and its margin calculation is listed as CFD and that help page states only Forex is deemed "suitable". But it's the same thing? Is there a way to change this at all?
