MT4 coding question

Is it possible to add a code to an existing indicator-alert which tells the code to look through time frames that are designated on the toolbar at the top of the meta trader 4 window? The way it works now is that I have to have separate windows open in different time frames in order for the alert to work on those time frames, which leads to a lot of tabs needed down at the bottom of meta trader 4 window. What I am trying to accomplish is loading all forex pairs that I trade on say daily charts and then add my indicator to them, which will then scan the time frames that I have loaded on the toolbar of meta trader 4 at the close of each time frame.
