XAU USD - Back Testing Spread

Hello World .


Currently am back testing a  strategy on MT4 for XAU-USD pair . can some one please tell me , what spread should be considered for XAU USD (gold) back testing ??? 

 
If bid=1200.00, ask=1200.15, then spread is 15.
 
@Yue Wang : buddy you didn't get me . Am asking on an average what spread should be considered for gold while back testing .
 

It depends on your trading conditions.

The spread of spot gold is different from broker to broker, maybe 10--60 range.

 
Depend on what your broker has to offer. I did not back test on Foexchief broker; XAUUSD spread is 12.0. So you should test using that spread value.
