As far as I know - there is no any way to add the funds to the demo account.
You can create the other demo account instead (as many demo accounts as you want to many brokers using just one Metatrader instance for example).

Ask your broker. If the tech. support is willing to do it... ( offer them a bottle of red wine ;)

 
i noticed a demo signal provided added fund atfer some losses ....

It depends also on the broker. On IC Markets you can do it by yourself for example.
