Any Help I can't load any broker version of Meta trader 4??????

Maybe after a update on Win10 I'm an not sure. But I can run MQL5 versions no problem, But cannot run my brokers version I keep getting a spinning gear and nothing after. I tried a complete uninstall and still the same thing>>>>Any help or direction please..
 
I do not have Windows 10 ...
I think - some other people (who are more professional with this Windows 10 together with MT4) may help.
 

Happened to me once. Not sure if it's a win10 problem

Open Data Folder

>>Go to config folder

>>Check if there are files with extension .srv in there.

If not delete all files, redownload broker version of mt4 and run through the login to trader account again

 
Guys I figured It out. You have to replace the Brokers old terminal file with MQL5 terminal file. I have had success so far with that but have not ran it through test....saw issues like this come up in the forum but not in detail. As this might really be a win10 issue but this chat will help anybody having the same issue......I notified one broker firm about the issue that the meta trader might not be updating or something......
