copy signals

hi traders Good morning/Evening

i just subscribed to two traders for copy trading.one for 20 dollars and second for free but i have a problem.He is trading but those trades are not triggering at my account.

i have two brokers one same for he is trading and other one is different.can anyone please help me what is the problem and how to sort it out?

One subscription per trading account?
You are having two trading accounts subscribed to two trading signals, right?

  • One your account subscribed to paid signal for 20 dollars,
  • and the other your account was subscribed to free signal, right? 

----------------

  • Your account for free signal is demo account, right
  • and your account with paid signal is real money account, right?

Metatrader 4 or Metatrader 5?

Question number 1: in the Terminal Service - Settings - Community tab is full?

Question number 2: need a terminal log in the form of a text file attached to the message.

Go to the tab "Log" - right-click and the menu "Open" - opens the explorer with a folder which contains the log files. Attach the log file to the message.
