approving as a seller

hey guys  i have a problem with approving my acount as a seller ,i have send my document and untill today i see in profile waiting for approval ,it takes more than 10 days .anyone knows what is problem or anyone hat my problem?i dont know how long i should wait for approbe here below i show you my pictures.
