Please help with this indicator

the attached indicator does not work properly everytime i attach onto my chart it works for a couple of minutes but then my mt4 starts to crash 

can someone try this out and explain why it keeps happening, i dont have the mq4 file if anybody asks

Try  small history /.bar

I have deleted the ex4 file.

Not a good idea to attach a file that you know will crash MT4
