I need that my EA close all trades and stop to work at 23:30 hrs. server time and work again at 24:00 hrs.

that's already supported in Ver0.02, set 

EnableCloseTimeControl =true;

StartCloseTime  = 23.30;

StopCloseTime   = 24.00;

Note3 = "Time set 0.00~23.59";
