sure, you can use it on any time-frame. The point is, EA is fired when new bar arrives, so for H1 this EA will work only once every hour. You can trade on H1 and use "TradeProtector" on M5 or M15 as well. All depends on your specific needs and style. But please use version 1.2 (just search codebase) - it has some bug-fixes.
