Changing email address

Deleted my old email address due to multitude spam etc. and created a new one.

Now i am trying to change my mql5 email because i want to post a freelance job.

Unfortunately it needs a link send to my non-existing email address.

Any solutions here ?

I have the same problem..

I have written to the service desk multiple times for a period of a month and they ignore my pleas to assist.

I also sent in two selfies that they require to prove identity.

It seems that they are on holiday and left no one in the office.  Absolutely no interest in assistance.

So there is no solution.. perhaps one can delete the existing and start anew. 

A problem if you have any credit in there.. 

I can't top up my account as Paypal will only recognize the old defunct email..

Permission to laugh out loud here.


1. I do not have any cameras etc. connected to my systems.

2. My cat is nowhere to be found to take a snapshot of me holding papers in front of the screen.

3. If he comes home most of the time he is drunk so non-blurred images will be difficult.

4. I am not that fotogenic.

5. According to the example pictures 2 blank ones will suffice ?


Come on guys, i am trying to post a job here but other than to create a new account the options are limited don't you agree.

Many people run stuck on this issue.

I have seen numerous new users that walk away for the same reasons you mention.

Other reasons are having no laptop or they simply don't want to do it.
