.exe indicators not appearing in Meta trader 5

i have installed mt5 and drop the .exe file indicators in indicators folder but they are not appearing

exe file?
it should be mq4 or mq5 files, or ex4 or ex5 files.

There ara no exe indicators ... do not exist ...
