Mt4 import sell and buy orders from xls or through php

Hi,

I'd like to know if there's a possibility to import orders (in particular sell limit and buy limit orders) into mt4 using Excel or from an external PHP page. It will be good also through a plugin.

1. Not from Excel. Save as a CSV file and then your EA/indicator can read it with file calls.
2. Create a web server, that returns a table, then your EA can read it with the web call.
3. Terminal does not have plugins.
