Hi,
I am not sure how the number of 'activations' used is calculated. I uderstand that it's per computer installed upon, but have two questions:
a) Does that mean per terminal OR per computer (on which you can have for example 100s of terminals running the same activation)?
b) Can using a third party hosted virtual machine (VM) affect the number of activations? I generally operate on cloud virtual machines to be able to access the computer from everywhere. Because I do not know what the actual technical basis for counting the number of utilised activations is, I am not sure whether installing an EA on for example a single terminal/account, and a single VM, can lead to multiple activations being utilised because of for example refreshing of VM by the third party provider.
By virtual machine, I mean an actual machine where you can access the desktop etc, not the MQL VPS.
Thanks and regards,
almarsk
