Sugar Charts Never Update...

Does anyone know how to get the Sugar charts to load? They've been added more than one week ago and all it says is "WAITING TO UPDATE".
Still very new at this - Go easy on me :)
You either not properly logged in, in a real or demo account, or your broker doesn't offer that instrument.
