Currency indexes in MT5

can I use currency indexes in MT5 like standard currency pair?

As far as I know - many brokers are proposing Dollar Index.
You can open demo account with many brokers to see what they are proposing for example.

May be some brokers do it. But I need not only USDX. Is this possible to calculate the indexes write it to the disk and the MT use it?
