Running MetaTrader 5 Strategy Testers on different computers working for the same account

no idea :) you can try :) strategy tester is part of MT5 and it does not depend on account ...

Yes, it's possible. You have to install MetaTester on your 15 computers and configure your network/firewall to have access to them from your MT5 platform.
