Yes. It is very hard to manually see 130 product pages looking for comments... =(
I don't know also the amount of new messages I have, nor they are marked as such =(
Try use MT5 on phone.
How come my messages icon in the top right corner shows two new messages yet in the topics list I don't see any new message?
This new chat system really needs to be fixed ASAP.

Data is not lost.
Just when you update the update, service connectivity glitches manifest themselves.
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the system, we have to upgrade the component behind the component, providing compatibility / proxy for older devices and systems. We have a huge base of un-upgraded desktop and mobile terminals .
Updates are rolled out every working day. Wait some more time, please.
