Is there some documentation about arranging windows within the desktop? 

I'd like to put the DOM to the left of my chart, for instance.

OK, so no one has answered and perhaps they are thinking that I need to add a 3rd party software.  OK, but before I do that can I be sure?

When I look at the terminal interface help page https://www.metatrader5.com/en/terminal/help/interface

... I see a floating DOM in the 2nd image.  Is that image using 3rd party?
