Yes, coders that can convert MQL4 into MQL5, can also convert MQL5 into MQL4!

Most coders that have worked with both MQL4 and 5 should be able to convert from MQL5 to 4.
Bear in mind though, MQL5 has more features than 4 and so it may not always be possible to do an exact conversion.
In most cases though, it should not be a problem.
