Request: Open ATC 2 or 4 Times A Year

Hi,

To open more opportunity for EA developesr and  To keep developer focus on developer new idea, ea, and keep mql5 website noticetable , Spread MT5 around the world . I 'd like to request MQ open ATC 2 or 4 times A year. 

Case1: 2 times a year

- January -> March ( DEvelope and Register time  ) , March - June  ( ATC start period ).

- June -> Sep ( DEvelope and Register time  ), Sep - Dec ( ATC start period ).

Case2: 4 times a year

- January -> March ( DEvelope and Register time  ) , March - June  (1st  ATC start period ).

- March - June  (1st  ATC is running, other prepare ea for June ). June -> Sep ( 2nd ATC start period )

- June -> Sep ( 2st  ATC is running, other prepare ea for Sep ), Sep - Dec ( 3rd ATC start period ).

- Sep - Dec ( 3rd  ATC is running, other prepare ea for January ).January -> March ( 4th ATC start period  )

i think it will easier instead promote brokerage services, they can get sponsor's by computer device corporation.
